YFY has developed an all black uncoated wood free paper which utilizes an advanced environmentally friendly dyeing technology to produce this sustainable, all-black wood free paper. Currently developed for paper bags, magazines and packaging products. What is Woodfree paper? Simply put, in this particular paper, the wood pulp has been bleached to remove the yellow lignin. The lignin is the wood sap, and typically referred to as “the wood”, so by bleaching out the yellow lignin (or wood) the paper is known as Wood Free.
