PPS Coming into Focus

The extended YFYJupiter team and JPG executive met with a consulting group in Chicago for a week long strategy huddle to identify the value proposition and marketability of the Professional Packaging Service Model. The PPS value proposition will be defined by the intersection of Market, Capabilities and the Competition. Sub teams were formed to these 3 criteria and will be working together over the next month to answer and strategize these key questions.

  • What are our goals & aspirations?
  • Where will we play?
  • How will we win in chosen markets?
  • How can YFYJ establish a winning and differentiated value proposition?
  • What capabilities must be in place to win?
  • How do YFYJ’s capabilities fit with target go-to-market model?
  • What organizational system is required for implementation?
