Improvements to SHARE 2019 Distributions

Hello to all our International Associates,

Hope you all are well and looking forward to the Holiday season. Our SHARE team wanted to provide an update on the status of SHARE to end 2018 and add some requests to make SHARE a better communication channel for 2019.

December 2018, SHARE has been updated with all the previous months submissions but has gone through a slight change. Moving forward, SHARE will have the Chinese and English versions merged together. Our small internal team has had quite the learning curve in trying to manage two versions of the site. We decided that by condensing the site, we can improve upon the updating of the site in a more timely fashion.

January 2019, as previously mentioned, we want to improve upon the updating of the SHARE newsletter for 2019 so that you can be better informed to the happening within our company every month. We understand that we need to be responsible in posting your submissions quickly so that your news is shared within a reasonable time frame and is fresh and relevant.

With that said, we have a couple of requests for all of our team which will help us greatly to manage the site better.

1. Please use the SHARE contribute page for all submissions. When you submit, our team receives the notification instead of an individual. This also allows us to assign your article as a task in our simplified process management system.

2. To our Asia Associates. Please, please add a small article about the event with the photos. IMPORTANT, can you please also include the Chinese translation for your article. This would help speed the updating the site greatly.

3. Also important, we are trying to identify a better translation process to work through all the other submissions.

4. Special note about video submissions. Please take your videos as LANDSCAPE. Portraits do not present well in the website software. Apologizes to those that submitted a videos that were not added.

5. If you have any suggestions to improve the site, please share them. Our hopes are that SHARE is a resource to connect our teams together and more knowledgeable about our company.

Finally, we really value and appreciate your involvement with making the newsletter better. Please be patient with our small team and please continue to submit! Better late than never.

願您們安好並期盼着佳節的到來。我們的「分享」團隊來報告「分享」的現況來總結二零一八年，同時也提出一些請求讓「分享」成為一個更好的溝通渠道。 

在二零一八年十二月，我們把數月前收到的所有資料稍微整理後，更新了「分享」的內容。我們在嘗試管理網頁的中、英版本時，我們掌握到很多新的資訊。透過這些經驗，我們認為將網站濃縮能夠讓更新網頁變得更快更好。  所以未來「分享」的中英文版本會合併在一起。 

在二零一九年一月，正如以上提及，我們希望改進「分享通訊」的更新，讓大家在每個月得知公司內最近發生的事情。我們團隊負責讓您所提交的資訊能即時發佈，保持發布最新的資訊及其與各團隊的相關性。

因此，我們對所有團隊提出以下的請求，幫助我們更好地管理網頁 。

1. 請使用「分享」的投稿頁上傳所有提交文件。當您提交時，我們所有的團隊成員會收到通知，而不是只有一位成員收到。同時我們會將您的文件指定為一項待辦事務，由此來簡化我們的流程管理系統。

2. 致亞洲方面的同事們，請您務必在照片上附上一小段有關這照片的介紹說明。重要的是，請提供中、英文版，這能夠大大提升更新網站的速度。 

3. 同時，我們正努力建立一個更好的翻譯流程來完成所有的提交文件

4. 關於提交視頻的特別說明。請將您的視頻列為橫向，因為縱向的效果在網站軟件中顯示不佳。在此向那些提交了視頻，但沒有被上載的同事們道歉。 

5. 如果您有任何改進網站的建議，請分享。我們的願望是「分享」能成為將我們所有團隊聯繫在一起並且從而更加了解公司的一個資源。
